MS Policy

The General Managing of EUROGINE believes that Quality, Environment and Safety and Health at Work are the essential factors for the success of the  company, so it will ensure that this MS Policy is understood, applied and revised to ensure its continuous adaptation providing for it the necessary equipment, means, environments and training.

The Management of EUROGINE considers the staff as its main asset; that is why communication, training, motivation and dialogue will be the basis of its success, thus the company facilitates and encourages the involvement of its main client: the internal client, reinforcing the management to acknowledge its needs and motivations and achieve the development of its objectives with those of the organization.

EUROGINE, in order to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty, manages its processes in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 and Risk Management in accordance with ISO 14971.

This MS Policy is the frame of reference for the definition of MS objectives, programs and goals.

In order to continuously improve the efficiency of the MS, the General Management of EUROGINE acquires a commitment to comply with the requirements of Clients, as well as with the applicable legal requirements and other requirements that the organization subscribes related to the environmental aspects and risks to health and safety at work.

The company objectives are based on the following premises:

-  To achieve the full satisfaction of Customers, fulfilling their expectations and specifications, offering them the best service at a fair price

-  To maintain the loyalty of Customers

-  A MS based on ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and Risk Management according to ISO 14971

-  To improve the organization and management capacity

-  The establishment of objectives of continuous improvement of the Quality of products and processes

-  To train workers on a continuous basis for an improvement of service and Customer Satisfaction
